Ministers’ & Mates’ Retreat

We look forward to seeing you and your spouse at Ministers & Mates Retreat September 29 – October 1. We are once again holding the retreat over a weekend: from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. We realize many of you are bi-vocational and/or have working spouses, which makes it difficult for you to attend a mid-week retreat. It is our desire that all of our pastors and spouses are able to be a part of retreat as this is a very valuable time for fellowship, inspiration, and rest.
Room Costs: You do need to make your reservations now to get the best rooms available. The number to call is 541-265-2600. Please mention ORPAC Ministers & Mates when you call. If you want to come early or stay an extra night, the Hallmark Resort will give you the same rate for up to 3 days before or after the retreat.

The above rates are per night, single or double occupancy and subject to an 11.3% lodging tax.
Note: All reservations must be made with Hallmark Resort by August 29, 2017. After this date, room availability is not guaranteed and rates may be higher. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Registration: The cost of the registration this year is $170.00 per couple or $85.00 for an individual. The fee covers Friday night dinner and breakfast Saturday and Sunday. It does not cover your room cost.
We have made online registration and payment available this year. Please register below. You may choose to send in a registration card and check to the district office if you prefer. Please register as soon as possible, but no later than August 29. Our mailing address is 2780 Market Street NE, Salem, OR 97301. Meals: If you have any food allergies or special diet requests, please make a note on your registration.
The deadline for registration has passed. Please contact the Hallmark Resort before registering to ensure rooms are available. As of September 1st no further discounted rooms are available. Reservations will be charged the standard rate.
